Feedback Discussion

After we received the feedback from the iGEME HQ, we discussed and concluded the following:

The service that we offer depends on: the entity that developed the biological process and the company who assembled the sequencies.

It is necessary to know that the company who supplies us with the sequence has a quality warranty in order to offer a quality product and service.

We will take care of the returns and exchanges, this way our customers wouldn't have to worry about the transaction post purchase.

We have to establish an association with the delivering companies to carry on the biologicals processes that will offer our customers.

About the costs, it will depend on the development cost, sequence service cost, delivering cost, complexity of the sequence and our comission. We know that is not cheap, but for that reason our segment customer is a niche market with specific needs.
