After to receive the feedback from the HQ of iGEME, we discussed and concluded the following:

The service that we offer depends on: the entity that developed the biological process and the companie who assembled the secuencies.

It is necessary to know that the company who supplies us with the sequence has a quality warranty in order that we can offer a quality product and service.

We will to take care about the returns and exchanges, this way our customers wouldn't have to worry about the transaction.

We have to establish an association with the delivering companies to carry on the biologicals processes that we go to offer to our customers.

About the costs, it will depends on the development cost, secuence service cost, delivering cost, complexity of the secuence and our comission. We know that is not cheap but for that reason our segment customer is a niche market with especific needs.
