Key Partners


Our key partner must be universities because they should give us the first economic help that be required to initiate our operations as brokers. Also having the university as our main partner will give the company a sense of security as having them as associates gives the company stability which gives the clients confidence. In addition we could say that the university gives us the privilege of using laboratories which is a great advantage in our future plans that we mention on our model.


Initially our suppliers will be mostly from the United States, as they actually have the facilities to offer the quantity of materials that we should need, as well we should take advantage of the Trade Promotion Agreement that United States signed with Panama which will lower the duty prices, for example.


We need to stablish an arrangement with the companie that will make possible to elaborate the sequence of the biological processes and also with the transportation companies, because the business will depend totally on those 2 for making the transaction possible.
