Cost Structure

One of the most important aspects when formulating our business model is the cost of maintaining the business, project viability as we finally lead to generate wealth.Definitely the costs inherent in our model is based on our operating costs such as investment we would do in our local base of operations and will be accrued wages employees, in addition we are out of production sites, an invoice very important is about the communication services . It is worth to note that our model provides a relatively cheap proposal, because as intermediaries, to contact us we can be where we want and they can be contacted immediately reducing many operating costs.

The most expensive key resources are the suministration of the products to the manufacturers as they may have problems in their production and not being able to get what the client is requesting would mean losses for our business, which eventually end up costing us dearly. Basically the most expensive in our model is the acquisition of the products, but ultimately this will be paid by the customer. Another example is the human resource that owns the company, consider how many people are needed to meet customer demand.

Among the activities that have the most expensive is the contact to suppliers and customers grabbing other expense should be the propaganda that the company would present in addition we also must include seminaries to educate people of the importance of syntetic biology in their lives and who it could better the whatever process that they are doing.

Our model focuses on providing optimum service and asserts all the money that our clients invest in us. We are focused to take our business to a regional success and then insert ourselves in the global arena, as explained above, based on our excellent geographical position.
