To satisfy the products’ demand, Kuxtal Biotech will use two different synthesis equipments that will enable it to meet its production needs. Applied Byosistems ABI 394 Synthesizer will allow the synthesis of sequences that require specific conditions, while the MerMade-192 E, DNA/RNA Synthesizer will be use for oligos mass production.

Kuxtal Biotech is looking for certifications like ISO 9001:2008 to ensure the quality of its management system and demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products or services that meet customer requirements; it also seeks continuous improvement and assurance legal and regulatory requirements. Among the technical requirements Kuxtal seeks to achieve the evaluation of personnel, facilities and environmental conditions, method validation, maintenance and calibration of equipment, quality of materials and reagents, quality assurance of results and its reporting.
