We need to establish an arrangement with the companies that will make possible to elaborate the sequence of the biological processes and also with the transportation companies, because the business will depend totally on those 2 for making the transaction possible, they will be our most important key partners.

Other key partners should be universities and research laboratories, because they have the knowledge and technologies. Plenty of them also posses the intellectual properties of some biological processes that we will use.

One partner the business can rely on is a research institution of the country. Such as a university because they could give us some economic help that will be required to initiate our operations as brokers. Also having the university as our main partner will give the company a sense of security, as having them as associates gives the company stability which gives the clients confidence. In addition we could say that the university gives us the privilege of using laboratories which is a great advantage in our future plans that we mention on our model.

Initially our suppliers will be mostly from the United States and other countries pioneers on biotechnology, as they actually have the facilities to offer the quantity of materials that we should need. As well we should take advantage of the Trade Promotion Agreement that United States signed with Panama which will lower the duty prices, for example.
