The most expensive key resources are the suministration of the products to the manufacturers as they may have problems in their production, and not being able to get what the client is requesting would mean losses for our business, which eventually ends up costing us dearly. Basically the most expensive in our model is the acquisition of the products, but ultimately this will be paid by the customer.
