Initial investment.

Pre-operative expenses: The business incubator of the ITESM Campus Querétaro and the Parque Tecnológico have helped in the creation of Kuxtal Biotech, these institutions provided personal assessment as part of a pre-incubation process that have a total cost of 446.71 USD.

Financial Plan: The required initial investment is $725,732.14 USD, to obtain this value, the following was considered:
• $644,095.14 USD related to fixed assets, this includes all the laboratory equipment, and office equipment.
• $6,561.54 USD related to deferred assets, this includes publicity, rent, installations, and preoperative expenses.
